Dawn was wonderful to work with throughout this whole process and did everything she could to help reduce my level of stress from our initial meeting until she helped me navigate through a last minute equipment “crisis” three days before closing. Dawn is a very knowledgeable and thorough realtor. She took the time to go over all paperwork and forms that came our way, and explained things completely. Dawn was always prompt in returning our calls and emails. There were times when we contacted her late in the evening, or on the weekends, and we were so pleasantly surprised that Dawn made herself available to us. We felt that Dawn took the time to understand our buying needs and situation, and ultimately got us into a house that exceeded our dreams. I will definitely be recommending Dawn to friends and family who are looking for a great realtor!

Even though selling the home took longer than we thought, Dawn was there for us the entire time making suggestions and offering help to get us to the selling point. She is extremely good at her job and we couldn't have been happier with our end result.

I sometimes would have something I wanted to ask her after work hours, and I could always be assured that she would call back if she was unable to answer the phone. This was the first home I ever purchased so at times I was stressed and emotional! She was very understanding and helpful and I appreciate all that she did for me. Dawn is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and also a very nice person. The first time I attended a 1:1 informational session with Dawn regarding the home-buying process, I came out of her office wondering (and forgetting) what was her role? I bought my first house with the help of Dawn Hickernell. When it came time to sell and look for a new home, I used another real estate agent. Actually, I tried for two years to sell and used two different agents! It was a big,big mistake to go with a different agent. Dawn is the only person to go to for real estate needs.
