Dawn is a very knowledgeable and thorough realtor. She took the time to go over all paperwork and forms that came our way, and explained things completely. Dawn was always prompt in returning our calls and emails. There were times when we contacted her late in the evening, or on the weekends, and we were so pleasantly surprised that Dawn made herself available to us. We felt that Dawn took the time to understand our buying needs and situation, and ultimately got us into a house that exceeded our dreams. I will definitely be recommending Dawn to friends and family who are looking for a great realtor!
