I have had the pleasure of having Dawn as my agent. I was a first time seller and she had the patience always to answer any questions or concerns that I had. She never kept me waiting, returned every phone call, email or text. She made sure I understood what was happening from start to finish and she listened to me, and cared about my concerns. Thank you Dawn for everything!

Dawn Hickernell was a fantastic choice as my listing agent, and I chose her because of the reviews she has received. She answered all of my questions while I interviewed her over the phone. I chose her because she had local knowledge and most of her business is referrals or repeat business. She worked hard and not only listed my home, but also found someone that might be interested in purchasing my home. Our real estate agent was Dawn Hickernell. During the house hunting process, she was always there if we had any questions. I sometimes would have something I wanted to ask her after work hours, and I could always be assured that she would call back if she was unable to answer the phone. This was the first home I ever purchased so at times I was stressed and emotional! She was very understanding and helpful and I appreciate all that she did for me. I would certainly call her again if I ever decided to purchase another property!

Agent Dawn Hickernell was a complete professional during our recent purchase. Her responsiveness to any question or concern was immediate. Her promptness with all parts of the purchase was amazing. She explained everything we needed to know very clearly, not too much and not too little. And at the same time, I never felt rushed when I was doing the talking. Even if your needs are not in "her" area, she can connect you with an agent anywhere. She recommended someone in Florida who was very responsive for us even though we did not make a purchase. Dawn earned the highest ratings in all categories.

Dawn has proven to be the most honest, knowledgeable, energetic and LISTENING real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was instrumental in the selling of 2 and buying of 1 homes. If we had not moved out of her area I would never consider using another agent.
